1. Nivea Sun-Kissed Radiance Gradual Tanner & Body Lotion $7

I love Nivea’s body care products in general because they provide superb hydration at a drug store price. This lotion not only moisturizes but also provides a sun-kissed glow. This is a safe way to look like you’ve been lying out in the sun without actually doing it. Nivea offers two options: fair to medium skin and medium to dark skin and typically takes about 5 days to show results. Make sure you exfoliate before your first use!

2. SheaMoisture Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque $10

My hair is naturally curly so retaining moisture is my number one priority. SheaMoisture’s raw shea butter deep treatment masque naturally helps me to accomplish this with Sea Kelp and Argan Oil. After each use my hair is noticeably smoother and easier to detangle. Whether your curls need some TLC from chlorinated pools in the summer time or dry winters – they will most definitely thank you for the extra attention. The price is a bit high but it’s so worth it!

3. Hikari Shimmer Bronzer $17

Hikari’s bronzer palette comes in four different options that each have a corresponding shimmering blush. I actually had never heard of this make up brand until I received it in my Ipsy bag of the month. Well, I instantly fell in love because it was right in time for summer. All four shades in my palette are extremely pigmented and provide the perfect shimmery glow.

4. Essie Gel Setter $10

Words can not even describe how much I love this stuff! Essie’s gel setter is true to it’s name. Within about 3-4 minutes after application – my nails are dry. The same as if I were to use a gel light! To achieve desired results, it’s important to apply 2-3 thin coats of your chosen polish shade and then one even coat of the gel setter. My polish usually lasts about a week and a half – but I have a four year old and I do my own nails sooooo. Tip: I use with any brand polish, not just essie.

5. Rimmel London Stay Glossy Lip Gloss $4

Rimmel’s Stay Glossy is an oldie but goodie that promises six hours of wear time. Honestly, if you eat or drink something – that six hours ain’t happening. However, they do deliver on their glossy promise with high impact shine. This remains a fave of mine because I do love to shine in the summer time and the price doesn’t hurt either. The color pictured is savory plum and if you hop over to Try a Trend, you can see it applied in the last two pictures of Get Choked Up.
